We will communicate any delays to the client as soon as possible and take necessary steps to minimize the impact.

LIABILITY: JG Developers and Promoters Company is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred by clients due to factors beyond our control, such as natural disasters or other unforeseen events.

WARRANTIES: We provide warranties for our work, as outlined in our agreement with the client. Any issues with our work should be reported to us within the warranty period so we can address them.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY: All intellectual property related to our services, including but not limited to designs, plans, and documents, are the property of JG Developers and Promoters Company. Clients may not use or distribute this intellectual property without our written consent.

CONFIDENTIALITY: We will keep all client information confidential, except as required by law or with the client’s consent.

TERMINATION: Either party may terminate our agreement at any time for any reason by providing written notice to the other party.

GOVERNING LAW: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which JG Developers and Promoters Company is located.

AMENDMENTS: We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes.
